Meet our speakers: 
Patrick Maloney, Attorney at The Maloney Firm: 
    A resident of Manhattan Beach, Patrick opened his own law practice, The Maloney Firm, in the South Bay in 2012, after practicing for over a decade at a downtown Los Angeles firm. He represents clients in business disputes and has served as a lead trial counsel in bench and jury trails in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Mike Squire, Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer at Kinecta:
    Mike Squire is Senior Vice President, Chief Lending Officer for Kinecta. In this role, he is responsible for the overall performance of Kinecta’s Residential, Consumer and Commercial lending groups.  Prior to starting his current role in November 2018, he spent six years in various leadership positions at Kinecta, including roles in residential lending and mortgage operations. Before joining the credit union, Mike held a variety of operations and sales roles at financial institutions such as Bank of America and Lehman Brothers. He started his career working in the hospitality industry, and he studied at both San Diego State University and DePaul University.

Carol Glover, Real Estate Attorney at Chase Law Group:
    Carol Glover has been handling real estate sales/transactions since 1983 as a real estate broker and real estate attorney over 34 years in the business has comprehensive experience in brokerage, investment and redevelopment business as a principal and agent. Carol was raised in Manhattan Beach. After graduating from Mira Costa, she earned her BA at the University of California, Irvine and her JD at Loyola Law School.
