In traditional wine distribution, winemakers are separated from their customers by multiple layers of (prohibition-era mandated) middlemen. This increases the price of wine unnecessarily. It also makes it difficult for producers to engage in real dialog with their customers. Times, and thankfully, laws have changed. WINC is at the forefront of a new model of winemaking and distribution.
Their business model allows them to make and sell an astonishing number of interesting and small lot wines. They can focus on single vineyards, small AVAs and push the envelope beyond mainstream regions and varietals. All while delivering amazing value to their customers.
Wines Rachel will be pouring:
Porter & Plot Sauvignon Blanc, Ruza Rose of Zinfandel, PYT Sparkling Valdigue, Funk Zone Syrah/Viognier, and then the Undercard Cabernet.
Must be 21yrs or older to attend.
