Thanksgiving Prix Fixe Feast
zinc@shade is happy to present our Thanksgiving Prix Fixe Feast on November 24th! Join us for 3- courses of Thanksgiving classics elevated to a new flavor.
On the Menu:
Amuse- Bouche: Sweet roasted butternut squash soup garnished with toasted pepitas, pomegranate seeds, fresh chives
Royal Pear Salad: Grilled pears, fresh baby kale, red seedless grapes, candied walnuts, chevre goat cheese, sweet maple vinaigrette
Choice of one:
Creole Roasted Turkey with andouille sausage and pepper cornbread stuffing, Cajun-style gravy, creamed corn cranberry relish
Goldbelly Honey-Glazed Ham with loaded mashed potatoes, roasted Brussel sprouts, Nueske's bacon, balsamic glaze, candied pecans
Pan-Fried Norwegian Salmon with zucchini purée, ratatouille, citrus caper relish, micro basil
Chou-Fleur Steak with beluga lentils, romesco sauce, crispy parsley
Dessert: Brown Butter Pecan Pie with vanilla whipped cream and cinnamon
