Sexual Harassment Training (virtual) - FINAL 2020 DATE
The Manhattan Beach Chamber is hosting a virtual Sexual Harassment Training presented by The Maloney Firm.
Senate Bill 1343 requires businesses employing five or more people to provide sexual harassment training to all of their employees, including full-time, part-time, temporary, and seasonal employees.
Initially, the deadline was on January 1, 2020, but was extended to January 1, 2021. Certificate of completion to be provided upon completion of training.
Each employee must register separately. Attendance will be taken on zoom and only those participating will receive the certificate of completion.
1st hour is mandatory for all employees
2nd hour is mandatory for all owners and management level
