Our feature guest speaker is Dr. Albert Reff; Orthopedic surgeon and former Chief of Surgery at South Bay Medical Center.

Dr. Reff will discuss arthritis and joint pain and the benefits exercise can have on joints. Dr. Reff's goal is for people to learn about joint health so they can keep enjoying their favorite sports and hobbies. Dr. Reff now runs the South bay Joint Replacement (SBJR) center in Redondo Beach.
