Dr. Ryan S. Stybel was born and raised near Detroit, Michigan. He graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelors of Science in Human Biology and earned his Doctorate of Optometry from The New England College of Optometry in Boston, Massachusetts. Dr. Stybel is a therapeutic licensed optometrist whose expertise lies in specialty contact lens fittings, co-management of refractive surgery, and the diagnosis, treatment, and management of an ocular disease. During his last year of Optometry school, he completed his studies via clinical rotations which included Ocular disease, pediatrics, primary care, and referral care in a tertiary center.
Dr. Stybel sees patients at his additional optical boutique in West Hollywood called Positive Eye Ons. Dr. Stybel also volunteers at The Saban Free Clinic in Los Angeles. At The Saban Free Clinic, he provides free high-quality and compassionate eye care to men, women, and children in need.
He will be talking about eye health, including the importance of "Millenial Eye Syndrome". Yes, it’s a thing and it comes from staring at your phone and then looking up. Its causing tracking and focus problems for particularly the millennial age group. Call-In Number: 248-212-5120
