Residents or businesses may participate with a $30 fee, online application and a photo to enter by December 13. The entries that garner the most votes for each of the following categories will win a prize: BEST OVERALL - Best overall from all entries HOLLY JOLLY RESIDENCE - Best overall residence JINGLE JANGLE “WHEELS” - Best and most festive vehicle (any type) MERRY AND BRIGHT BUSINESS - Best overall business ILLUMINATE THE BLOCK - Best multi-house display HOLIDAY WHIMSY - Brings laughter and whimsical vibes LET IT SPARKLE - Best use of holiday lights
