Manhattan Beach residents and Owners of Lifter Leadership, Dr. Eliza Mountcastle Shah, and Paresh Shah invite you to an introductory live-interactive webinar where you will learn how to apply the 4 Lifter Mindshifts and cultivate specific actionable practices to mindfully reemerge as a leader and organization and address your personal overwhelm. 

Lifters are everyday, evolved leaders who uplift their co-workers, customers, community and company, on purpose. Lifter Leadership, centered on leading people as whole humans, is a teachable, learnable methodology that lifts positivity, talent engagement, customer loyalty and real-time innovation from the executive suite right through the tips of your organization. 

This webinar will serve as a teaser to the training program they are offering in collaboration with the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce. Participants in this interactive and hands-on training course (six, 1-hour sessions over three weeks) will receive a Lifter Leadership Certification (a $3000 value).

Meet the Trainers: 
Dr. Eliza Mountcastle Shah and Paresh Shah are residents of Manhattan Beach and co-founders of Lifter Leadership, a global leadership, engagement, mindfulness and loyalty training company.  
 
Dr. Eliza Mountcastle Shah has a PhD from Harvard and post-doctoral degree from John Hopkins University and has developed special expertise in organizational behavior, productive reasoning, cross-cultural and inter-generational communications and worker engagement.  Paresh Shah holds an MBA from Harvard and has served as a professor of Business, innovation and entrepreneurship in several MBA programs.
 
As advisors, coaches and trainers to global CEO’s and executives, and local MB business owners themselves, the founders of Lifter Leadership have offered to serve the Manhattan Beach community by sharing their cutting-edge thought leadership to equip fellow members of the Manhattan Beach Chamber of Commerce to be Lifter Leaders, on purpose.
