In this in person 75 minute Breathwork workshop we will breathe with the intention of grounding deeply into our bodies. When we find this stillness within we are able to feel into our strength, power, resilience, and truth.
Breathwork is a powerful tool to release any held emotions and stagnant energy. We use the breath to bypass our minds and drop into our bodies. Breathwork is an active pranayama Breathing meditation also known as a “yoga” breath. It is a 2 part breath. Breathing through the mouth. 2 inhales - 1 through the lower belly, 1 through the high chest then exhaling right through the mouth. All done laying down. You can experience releases of trauma, sadness, anxiety, fear, depression, anger while also experiencing huge heart opening, creative high and immense gratitude.
