VetFest Beer-B-Que
The Manhattan Beach Rotary Club presents an electrifying afternoon of craft beer tasting, Texas-style barbecue, and music from one of SoCal’s most exciting bands.
The $50 ticket will include craft beer tastings from numerous micro-breweries, pulled pork and brisket along with all the fixins’, and the best ice cream sandwiches ever! All this while singing along to the sounds of Hall and Oates, Steely Dan, Toto, Christopher Cross, the Eagles and more. Tickets for veterans, active duty service armed forces members and first responders will be discounted to $35. You must be 21 year or older to attend.
All proceeds from the event will go to support the Veterans Charity’s Team Rubicon, United Services Organizations, and Operation Mend as well as numerous other organizations and scholarships that Manhattan Beach Rotary supports.
In addition to the organizations listed below, Manhattan Beach Rotary Club also funds annual scholarships in the names of Rachel Parker and Sandy Casey who were killed in the Las Vegas shooting last year. Rachel’s scholarship benefits those pursuing a career in law enforcement while Sandy’s scholarship benefits those interested in special education.
