Lauri Gritten, EVP,
Lauri graduated with honors from Oregon State University and holds two degrees: one in Business Management and one in Behavioral Science. Her 15+ years of marketing experience led to a powerful role as the Chief Brand Officer at Pizza Blends and the Senior Director of Sales and Customer Service for C.H. Guenther & Son, Inc. As the Executive Vice President for BAMit, Lauri oversees the entire Sales and Marketing team.
Caitlin Sappington, VP of Business Development, BAMit
Caitlin has a strong entrepreneurial background from working at the student run start-up called the Flats at Loyola Station during undergrad at Loyola University Chicago, where she received her undergraduate degree in accounting. Caitlin then obtained her Masters in Accounting from the University of Southern California. Caitlin leverages her prior strategic marketing experience from being a Manager in Partner Services at FOX Sports and public accounting experience at Deloitte & Touche to efficiently grow BAMit’s client and user base. Caitlin leads BAMit’s sales initiatives as VP of Business Development.

Brian steps into the role of Chief Operating Officer with over 15 years of entrepreneurial experience in creating transformative apps, web applications, and interactive programs for web and mobile devices. He is owner of Blue Sand Group, one of the most recognized digital marketing firms in the U.S. earning the award for best design firm in 2015, and 2016. His most recent projects include Ad Auditor, a "cloud-based" advertising tracking and auditing service designed for the well informed business owner, and American Bars, the first completely integrated marketing platform for small bars and pubs.
